The second instalment of 2011 Ballyhegan Davitt’s Lotto is now upon us. The committee would like to urge our club members to continue to support our club lotto. It is the lifeblood of our club—providing the much needed finance to fund our teams both male & female at all ages & of course the club-house which is used for other community events. The club is always looking for new Lotto contributors, whilst maintaining our current core membership. If there is anyone available to help sell lotto, please respond this email, or indeed to any committee member. Thank you!

Armagh Minor Ladies:

Big congratulations to Danielle Morgan & the rest of the girls in winning the All Ireland Minor Ladies Championship in Navan on Monday past.

Visit http://www.armagh-gaa.com/Ladies-Football/News/Armagh-Minor-Ladies-Win-All-Ireland.aspx for a review of the game & some images of the triumph.

Clothing Bank:

A clothing bank now resides in the club car park. This is a new initiative to raise cash for our club, so we’d like to urge our members & local community to deposit any unwanted clothes and textiles. The items will then be exported across Europe and Africa. By doing so the club will get a donation for every bag of clothes recycled. Thank-you in advance for your help and support.

ACCEPTED ITEMS INCLUDE:

o All types of Clothing (Adult, Children & Baby)

o Bags, Shoes, Hats & Belts

o Towels, Curtains & Bed Linen
