Underage Registration Night

Registration for all Boys and Girls from Primary 1 to U18s will take place in the Ballyhegan Clubrooms Friday February 24th 7pm. Underage membership remains at £10.

A lot of effort has gone into the organising of this event. Please spread the word and come along to support the night.

 

 

Book Sale

For those who missed out on the book sale last week. You will have another chance to pick up bargain at the underage registration night, Friday February 24th.

There is an incredible selection of books available – well worth exploring!

 

 

Membership

It’s that time of year folks, membership is now due! Fees have been frozen this year, so remain Adults £25, Youths £10. Please contact club registrar Comghall Morgan ( cmballyhegan@hotmail.com ). Comghall will also make an appearance at Circuits on Thursday Nights. All Senior Players - please bring your fees to training.

 

Along with local identity, pride, the ability to participate on and off the field, and elect who runs Ballyhegan Davitts CLG. Members are also entitled to:

·         Insurance Coverage

·         Preferential access to Inter County Tickets

·         Entered into a draw for 2 AI Football Final Tickets

·         Access to our excellent facilities

New Primary School GAA Coach

Mr. McKee, Principle of St Oliver Plunkett's Primary School Ballyhegan, and pupils welcoming Plunkett McCormack, the new Ballyhegan GAA coach. Plunkett will be coaching in the school from March until the end of May.

Zumba Dance Class

Don’t forget about the Zumba! Monday Nights 8.30pm – 9.30pm.

 

 

Pilates

Pilates in Ballyhegan Club Rooms - Wednesday Nights at 8pm. Cost £5.

There are a limited number of places available, so please book your place in advance with Laura on 07864858322.

Walking Track

Just to remind you. The walking track lights are on every Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6pm – 8pm.

Please take advantage of this safe and well lit facility.

The club still has a limited number of Armagh Yearbook’s available for £10. Please get in touch if you’d like a copy.

 

 

Club Survey

In the coming weeks a survey will be distributed to households around our local community. I’d like to urge everyone to take some time to complete the survey. It will help the committee of Ballyhegan Davitts CLG to plan for the future, gauge community opinion & harness the talent in our local area. Remember it’s your club!

 

 

Clothing Bank

A clothing bank now resides in the club car park. This is a new initiative to raise cash for our club, so we’d like to urge our members & local community to deposit any unwanted clothes and textiles. The items will then be exported across Europe and Africa. By doing so the club will get a donation for every bag of clothes recycled. Thank-you in advance for your help and support.

 

ACCEPTED ITEMS INCLUDE:

·         All types of Clothing (Adult, Children & Baby)

·         Bags, Shoes, Hats & Belts

·         Towels, Curtains & Bed Linen

Seat For Life
