Congratulations to our amalgamated U16 Ladies, St Brigid’s (Ballyhegan/Clonmore) & management team including our own Kieran McKeever. The girls followed our senior ladies triumph last week to win their league this week. The future of ladies football in the club looks bright, well done!

U12s Tournament:

This Saturday’s trip to Donegal has had to be hastily re-arranged. The original hosts Naomh Colum Cille have a championship replay this Saturday and their coaches are playing so can’t host us. Fortunately Eoghan Rua in Coleraine have agree to let us field two U12 teams in their annual Tournament this Saturday. They have also gone to the considerable effort to arrange an U9 tournament to accommodate our younger players. This is an outstanding effort on their part and our thanks go to all at Eoghan Rua who have made this possible. As a result the Bus will now leave the Clubhouse at 9.15 sharp in order to get to the tournament on time. All those players who are confirmed as going should be at Ballyhegan for 9.00am on Saturday 1st Oct. They should bring a packed lunch and a change of clothes. We hope to have the bus back at Ballyhegan at 6.30pm. Anyone who has not yet paid their £5 should bring it on Saturday morning. Due to the over subscription for places anyone who has not paid cannot travel on the coach. Please contact Paul Doherty [+44 7789 753509] with any queries.

Quiz Night:

A fund raising Quiz night will be held in McKeever’s Bar Portadown, Friday October 7th—”Throw-in” 8.30pm.
