Ballyhegan Davitts present ‘Ballyhegan Féile’, a festival of entertainment over the August Bank Holiday weekend, providing something for everyone!

A large marquee will be erected at Ballyhegan Park for a series of events that is expected to attract huge crowds to the home of Ballyhegan Davitts GAA Club.

The weekend launches into action on Friday 23rd August with our take on the extremely popular ‘Take Me Out’ show, followed by a disco later that night. On the night thirty ladies will take their place behind specially erected podiums on stage, hoping to find the perfect date. Vying for their attention will be a number of young hot blooded males from the  Ballyhegan and surrounding areas who have been selected to take part in this eagerly awaited show – Not for the faint hearted!
Tickets £10

On Saturday 24th August, the eagerly anticipated showcase spectacular ‘Ballyhegan Brawl’ will be  a night not to be missed! Punches will be thrown with abandon and neither a red nor a yellow card will be seen as some of the clubs footballers will swap the wide open spaces of Ballyhegan Park for the confines of the boxing ring to face challengers from near and far – it promises to be a Knockout night!
